Feedback loops

To ensure we are providing a top student experience, we have established several feedback loops in our programmes. Throughout the experience, the success team administers surveys to record student backgrounds, demographics, goals, and programme feedback, as well as weekly sentiment assessments that enable us to make real-time optimisations as needed.

Quality assurance

Our programmes utilise leading technology to make sure that students are receiving a valuable instructional experience. Classes are recorded and audited for data analysis and quality control, and students have access to class recordings. This has allowed us to oversee the curriculum in real time, providing valuable feedback to our instructional team and a first-rate level of support.
